Customer Data
Customers retain their rights in Customer Data. ProximityLink receives only the rights needed to provide, secure and support the service as expressly agreed.
Platform intellectual property
ProximityLink retains its rights in the software, methods, schemas, documentation and reusable know-how that make up the platform. Customer-specific data remains distinct from that platform technology.
Responsible use
Customer Data is not intended to train cross-customer or general-purpose AI models without explicit written authority and appropriate privacy and intellectual-property review. Export, return, retention and deletion are governed by the applicable agreement.
